How do I choose the right wig cap size?
Most of our wigs come with adjustable straps to fit standard head sizes. We recommend measuring the circumference of your head from the front hairline to the nape of the neck to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
Can I use heat styling tools on my Annabelles Wig?
Our high-quality synthetic wigs are heat-resistant up to 180°C. However, we recommend using a low heat setting to prolong the life of the fibers. Human hair wigs can be styled just like your natural hair.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, wigs can only be returned if they are unworn, in their original packaging, and with the hygiene seal intact. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
How should I wash and care for my wig?
We recommend washing your wig after every 10-15 wears using specialized wig shampoo and conditioner. Always air dry on a wig stand to maintain the shape and fiber integrity.
