We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your new look, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn hairpieces in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, wigs must be returned with the protective hairnet intact and all tags attached.

Return Process

  Ensure your wig or hairpiece is unworn, unbrushed, and still has the original tags and hygiene seals attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Request a Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization Form and the correct warehouse return address.

  Package Securely

  Place the item back in its original silk bag and box to prevent tangling during transit, ensuring the completed return form is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service; once received, our quality control team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
